Snow Finally!

After not getting hardly any snow this winter, it finally snowed! Jaden and his friend David made this awesome snowman
JaKelle has now learned to walk and she loves to walk around and pick up as many things as she can and hold them while she walks around.

Brooklynn still can't walk but she does have good balance as you can clearly see. One of her favorite places is to sit on the top of this rocking chair and dangle her toys off the back. Its quite dangerous but she has never fallen off. It scares the crap out of me when she does it though.

Visit from childhood best friend Latisha

My best friend from my childhood, Latisha came to visit her family and friends from New Zealand for a couple months. While she was here she came and stayed with us for a few days. It was great talking, hanging out, and catching up with her. Its been many years since the last time I saw her. The kids loved playing with her. :) Thanks Tish! :)

More pics of Anniversary Vaca

We went to the look at the LA Temple and all the pretty lights around it. So peaceful and beautiful.

Scariest ride by far. After three days of going on rollercoasters, nothing was scaring me and i was bored by even the "scary" rides. We decided to go on this last ride, the Tatsu (six flags park). You sit in the seat normally upright, and then the seats tip forward so you are on your stomach. The rollercoaster ride goes so high up and then drops you doing a front flip and all this crazy stuff. I was crying/screaming all the way down. I seriously almost passed out, but it was awesome! It felt like you were flying. When we stopped, there was a 16 year old kid in front of us that started throwing up, crying and yelling "get me out of here". It was kinda funny and sad at the same time. Just shows how scary it was. It was super exhilarating though :) Here is a video of the ride (not taken by me) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6qFN-R0uJBI

All of us at 6 flags

6th year Wedding Anniversary Vacation

After my diamond fell out of my original ring (the one that jake gave to me when we were dating) i never got around to getting it put in and have gone the past 2 years not being able to wear a wedding ring :( Jake knew how much I wanted to fix it and maybe even get a bigger diamond in it. He spend the past few months getting my ring customized and fixed for me. He surprised me on our anniversary with the ring that he had altered and fixed. The diamond on the left is the original diamond (there was only that one originally) and he had two more put in. :) I love it and thank you my hunny :)
Jake and I at disneyland :)

We visited Ben (jakes childhood friend) and Yumi, (ben's fiance) while we were in California, and they took us to this authentic Korean BBQ restaurant. It was so cool and really good. They bring you all this different kind of meat and you cook it yourself on this cook grill right in front of you. It was a cool experience and the food was delicious.

girls portraits

e
r

I needed some pictures of my girls, but i didn't want to pay a ton for it so I decided to do it myself. Well, it turned out to be a bit more difficult than i had expected. I took some pictures of my sister in laws baby and they were a lot easier, because infants don't move constantly like toddlers. lol

I had to hold a spotlight, try to direct them/distract them, get them to smile, and take the picture all at the same time. It was quite difficult, and a lot of the pictures didnt' turn out as great as I would have liked (blurry or not the perfect angle or lighting) cuz the girls wouldn't hold still or smile/look at the camera, but oh well, I suppose it will do.

I love their outfits though :) I can't wait to do some more cute ones when they are a little bit older and will sit more still. :) Now i need to do some pictures of Jaden :) he will be great to photograph, he loves being in front of the camera, what a ham ;) hehe
